Day 1: HOME / MARRAKESH
Flight from point of origin to Marrakesh. Reception at the airport and transfer to our hotel located in Gueliz (the new city). According to the time of arrival, free time to visit Marrakesh. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: MARRAKESH / DRAA VALLEY / NSRATE
After breakfast, go with our guide and depart for the South. We will take the road to the Tichka pass which allows us to go to the southern slope of the High Atlas and Ouarzazate. After a brief lunch stop in Ouarzazate, we'll continue southward along the dry Draa wadi and surrounded by beautiful adobe villages. And a few kilometers after Zagora, we'll enter the palm grove where we will pitch our tents for the night.
Day 3: NSRATE / DUNES OF TIDRI
This first day will allow us to enter the desert, the one we typically imagine with its sand dunes. Before that, we'll cross villages and crops of the palm grove. The palm grove is a very specific ecosystem with its own rules. Our guide will unveil all for you.
In the afternoon, we'll cross our first dunes before reaching those of Tidri at the foot of which we'll set up camp.
Day 4: DUNES OF TIDRI / DUNES OF BOUNOU
After yesterday exploring the palm groves and the first dunes, today we will cross large desert plateaus before arriving in a palm grove where we will have lunch in the shade of date palms. We can see that the desert is far from monotonous and that every moment brings a lot of surprises. All afternoon we will walk through the small dunes dotted with old tamaris trees before arriving at the small erg Bounou where we'll spend this last night under the starry sky of the desert.
Day 5: BOUNOU DUNES / DRAA VALLEY / MARRAKESH
We say goodbye to the desert and we take the road that winds through the Draa Valley that we discovered from the inside.
We'll take the road again and cross the Tichka pass before arriving in Marrakesh and the riad to spend the next 3 nights.
Dinner and overnight at the Riad.
Days 6/7: MARRAKESH
For these 2 days, we leave you free for your activities!
We are here to help and advise you but the programme is in your hands.
It's up to you to discover the city of Marrakesh!
It is always possible to organise some small activities (excursions in the Atlas, cooking classes, hammam or massage ...).
Free time for lunches and dinners. Nights at Riad Azenzer.
Day 8: MARRAKESH / HOME
Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Return flight home.
