1 hour drive from Marrakesh, in the direction of Zat valley. Its red coloured land, its landscape of terraced fields all around, the high Atlas mountains with snow-capped peaks, give a nice contrast to the valley. A day to fill up with calm and fresh air!

Meet in Marrakesh in your hotel / riad, with our guide and transfer by car, one hour direction Tighdouine (souk every Wednesday of the week), at the beginning of the Zat valley, for a day of walking discovery from a low-traffic valley. Its red-coloured land, its terraced fields and the snow-capped High Atlas Mountains give a nice contrast to the valley.
This walk, accessible to all around 3-4 hours, is dotted by the guide's explanations. On the programme: visit the Tighdouine gas springs (known to be a miracle of purification) and black clay well (used to treat certain skin problems, wounds ...) then arrive at the potters' village, where the lunch break at a local's house will take place, return to the starting point and return to Marrakesh at the end of the day.

The walk is accessible to all (approximately 3h to 4h) it is dotted with the explanations of the guide, visits to the sources of gas (known for remedies, miracles & purification) Tighdouine and black clay well (used to treat some skin problems , injuries ...) then arrive at the village of the potters, where the homestay lunch will take place, back to the starting point and return to Marrakesh at the end of the day.
