Day 1: HOME / MARRAKESH
Welcome at the airport. Transfer to the hotel located in Gueliz (the new city). Depending on the time of arrival, free time to visit Marrakesh. OR go directly to the hotel for people already on site. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: MARRAKESH / SIDI KAOUKI
In the morning, we'll head west to the ocean ...
After a few hours drive through the desert plains and valleys dotted with argan trees, the emblematic tree of this region, we'll reach the small village of Sidi Kaouki. This small fishing village has become a Mecca for kitesurfers and windsurfers alike.
We'll settle in the small but comfortable single rooms of the hostel facing the sea. Free time in the afternoon on the beach and dinner at the hostel.
Day 3: WATERFALLS OF SIDI KAOUKI
This day is dedicated to a walk along the sea. We'll head off to the south along the large beach of Sidi Kaouki. At the end of the beach, we'll go up on the cliffs that dominate the ocean before finding a new wild beach where the cormorants dry their wings.
Around noon, we'll arrive at the waterfalls of Sidi M'Barek where we'll sit down for our picnic.
Then return to the hostel for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: TITRITE COOPERATIVE OF ARGAN OIL
It would be a shame to come to this region and not take the time to discover the secrets of argan oil. This is the programme of our day.
After a 2 hour walk through the argan forest, we'll arrive at a small women's cooperative in the heart of a village far from the road.
These women will explain to us what the argan tree is, an endemic variety of this region, and how they transform their nuts into oil.
The oil is used for cooking or as a beauty product. We'll share a lunch at the cooperative before returning home. Night at the hostel.
Day 5: CAPE SIM
Today, we'll head off to explore the north of Sidi Kaouki. We'll start walking on the beaches and under the eucalyptus and we'll follow the coast to Cape Sim where we can admire the view to the north and south on the beaches and wild cliffs.
Picnic in front of the ocean. To return to the hostel, we'll stay at the top of the mountain through the villages of Cape Sim and Ouassane.
It'll be the last night to breathe in the sea air ...
Days 6: SIDI KAOUKI / ESSAOUIRA / MARRAKESH
Before heading back to Marrakesh, we'll take the time to discover Essaouira, a coastal city with its port and souks.
Free time to visit Essaouira and free time for lunch. In the afternoon, departure for Marrakesh where we will stay in a charming riad located in the heart of the Medina. A new experience at the heart of living as the natives of Marrakesh do ...
Dinner and night in riad / guest house.
Day 7: MARRAKESH
For breakfast, we'll enjoy the sunny terrace with views of the roofs of the city and the snowy peaks of the Atlas (in winter).
Day and free time for lunch and to discover the ochre city with its souks, monuments and craftsmen. Free time for dinner.
Day 8: MARRAKESH / HOME
Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Return flight home. OR end of service.
